Our Team

Meet the Team Behind Being More Human

Our passionate customer service professionals, known as Brand Ambassadors, provide stellar outsourced customer service. They listen, they collaborate, and they exceed our customers’ expectations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Delivering consistent results is not easy. Because we only recruit professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we can and do deliver. Our team members live and breathe the brands they serve. In other words, they share the same passion as the customers they serve.

It should come as no surprise that only 3% of applicants pass our rigorous, comprehensive screening, and are invited to join our team. Of those 3%, all have direct extensive service experience, many are bilingual, and most have college or advanced degrees.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art service delivery technology, we work remotely in over 38 states, bringing the best talent to our clients’ brands, eliminating geographic hurdles.

The Non-Biz Side of Sally

What do you like to do away from work?

I’m grateful I live a blended life with work that I love balanced with being a Mom. But when I am not working – I love spending time with my family – Mo and our son Eli. We are active together – we love to ski, surf and sail.  I really love to travel and am always happy to provide recommendations. It. must be the Concierge in me. My latest favorites include Porto and Comporta Portugal. I also cherish my siblings, nieces/nephews and friends – I love to entertain and cook. In my downtime, I love reading. I am constantly reading business or travel magazines/articles.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I think most people know I rode a unicycle when I was little and performed in parades, it was such a great experience for a shy girl. But few people know that I am rather exceptional at finding 4 leaf clovers easily. A friend once told me that I see things others don’t. I think this could be how I developed a passion for service. I enjoy working with the team and clients to figure out the best customer service experience for their brand.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

We support a local company called Together We Bake. They train woman who have had a tough history and help place them in restaurants. Plus their cookies are delicious. In addition we pick a cause each year from food drives, to care packages to families in Puerto Rico. This year we traveled to San Juan for our executive strategy retreat. It’s our way of showing them our support.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

I don’t watch too much TV, but when I do it is either cooking or home improvement shows. Mainly I use the TV to research travel on YouTube. I’m obsessed with travel research.

What is your favorite quote?

“You can’t be that kid standing at the top of the waterslide, overthinking it. You have to go down the chute.” — Tina Fey

The Non-Biz Side of Maggie

What do you like to do away from work?

I enjoy hiking in cool, windy places like Iceland, Newfoundland, and the Cornish coastline of England because the views are breathtaking, and it’s good for my soul. Sometimes you need to disconnect from the world to reconnect with yourself.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

At age 13, I won a junior backgammon championship for South Central Asia and was the only female in the tournament.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I’m a big fan and supporter of Jesuit Refugee Service, because there are over 70 million refugees and displaced people in the world—with over half of them being children. Among its other activities, JRS provides educational opportunities to children and adults.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

The “Up” Documentaries! They are a series of films from director Michael Apted who has followed the lives of fourteen British children since the age of seven, returning every seven years to follow the group. The series started in 1964 and the latest, “63 Up,” was released in 2019. It’s fascinating to follow their life’s journey —  their hopes and dreams, disappointments, setbacks and successes, and their humanity.

What is your favorite quote?

“Go into the world and do well. But more importantly, go into the world and do good.” — Minor Myers Jr.

The Non-Biz Side of Brenna

What do you like to do away from work?

After work, you will typically find me at a group workout class at the local gym or learning yoga. I love spending my weekends cooking new dishes, hiking, visiting museums, or going on long bike rides with my husband. I love to travel to new places whenever I can (I am visiting Argentina soon!), but my favorite spot will always be my second home: Reeds Beach, New Jersey. There, I find some of the most beautiful sunsets on the bay and a dark sky at night that is perfect for stargazing.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I have an artistic side! I enjoy crafting. I have created a lot of fun stuff over the years, but my biggest crafting accomplishment was designing all my own wedding décor!

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I volunteer at a local animal shelter here in Alexandria. I also love supporting a great nonprofit “A Wider Circle” https://awidercircle.org/ – which focuses on ending poverty by providing basic needs and comprehensive support to families transitioning out of shelters or escaping domestic violence. Please check them out – they do amazing and impactful work!

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

I love “The Office” and watched this series more times than I care to admit.

What is your favorite quote?

“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” — Marcus Aurelius

This quote reminds me to keep a positive mindset – what we focus our time and energy on creates.

Jeff Kramp

VP of Technology
Jeff Kramp

The Biz Side of Jeff

Jeff Kramp has come a long way since owning his first Commodore 64 computer. His intrinsic love and skill for technology has led him from a support role to developer and now he reigns the title, Vice President of Technology, which he wears very well.

Jeff is gifted with a bird’s-eye view as he is always looking at the bigger picture. He produces creative, streamlined solutions for in-house applications and continues coding in his downtime. He speaks JavaScript, PHP, Node, Drupal, XMPP and many other languages most of us cannot understand. The good thing is he doesn’t expect you to know or understand. He just makes things work. He enthusiastically embraces the new and aims to fill in any missing gaps.

With the amount of major and successful implementations he’s led, it’s a mystery whether he ever sleeps.

When he’s not being a tech junky you will find him traveling (more than likely to Las Vegas), cooking (vegetarian style) or camping with his family.

The Non-Biz Side of Jeff

What do you like to do away from work?

I like to spend time with family and friends, travel, and build or make things whether it be home renovation, Halloween costumes, or get back on the computer and build something with code. I love every opportunity to be creative and to learn. When I really need to cut loose, a quick trip to Vegas will always do.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

When I was a kid I was heavily into origami and magic.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I was lucky enough to see Scott Harrison, the founder of charity: water, speak. He was very inspiring and I really appreciate how they approach running a charity both in their transparency and technology to show the work being done. It is incredible that with all that we have in this day and age, 1 in 10 people still go without basic access to clean drinking water.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

It is such an amazing time for quality shows. Although we don’t watch a lot of TV, some of our favorites include “Silicon Valley,” “Barry,” “Orphan Black,” “Black Mirror” and “Last Week Tonight.”

What is your favorite quote?

I have three favorites:

“it’s not a faith in technology. it’s a faith in people.” — Steve Jobs

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” — Thomas Edison

“Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” — Arthur C. Clarke

Jennifer Vinciguerra

VP of People & Culture
Jennifer Vinceguerra

The Biz Side of Jen

Jennifer Vinciguerra embodies the word humanity and reveals her own each and every day. Her motivation and developmental skills help others to experience their own ‘aha’ moment, which is what continues to drive her passion for employee development and HR.

She’s not just incredibly positive and patient, but she’s really smart too. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology and recently graduated with her master’s in Organization Development from American University. Additionally, she has over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Project Management.

Jennifer is great at multi-tasking and no matter what she’s doing, she’s probably listening to a podcast. Oh, and if you see her eating a Chipotle burrito, don’t ask for a bite. She is obsessed with them and probably won’t share.

The Non-Biz Side of Jen

What do you like to do away from work?

I’m almost always in motion doing anything from taking a walk, pacing around my office while I’m on the phone or doing OrangeTheory. I also do yoga because it’s the best way I’ve found to be active while also being restful. I combine my love of yoga and travel by attending yoga retreats all over the world. I also do improv. It’s magical in that it only exists for a moment in time. I love discovering new restaurants with my husband and hanging out with my two cats.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I used to collect toy Pikachu characters but had no idea what Pokemon was about. I just thought they were adorable.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I do volunteer work that supports women and families who have been victims of domestic violence.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

A side effect of constantly being in motion means that unfortunately, I don’t get to watch a lot of TV. There are so many amazing TV shows and I’ve never seen any of them (unless Jeopardy counts). I do, however, love listening to podcasts, they’re portable, you can take them with you while you’re out walking or on your commute. There are so many great ones but my favorite work-related podcast is Worklife with Adam Grant.

What is your favorite quote?

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” — Viktor Frankl
