Our Team

Meet the Team Behind Being More Human

Our passionate customer service professionals, known as Brand Ambassadors, provide stellar outsourced customer service. They listen, they collaborate, and they exceed our customers’ expectations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Delivering consistent results is not easy. Because we only recruit professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we can and do deliver. Our team members live and breathe the brands they serve. In other words, they share the same passion as the customers they serve.

It should come as no surprise that only 3% of applicants pass our rigorous, comprehensive screening, and are invited to join our team. Of those 3%, all have direct extensive service experience, many are bilingual, and most have college or advanced degrees.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art service delivery technology, we work remotely in over 38 states, bringing the best talent to our clients’ brands, eliminating geographic hurdles.

What do you like to do away from work?

I’m grateful I live a blended life with work that I love balanced with being a Mom. But when I am not working – I love spending time with my family – Mo and our son Eli. We are active together – we love to ski, surf and sail.  I really love to travel and am always happy to provide recommendations. It. must be the Concierge in me. My latest favorites include Porto and Comporta Portugal. I also cherish my siblings, nieces/nephews and friends – I love to entertain and cook. In my downtime, I love reading. I am constantly reading business or travel magazines/articles.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I think most people know I rode a unicycle when I was little and performed in parades, it was such a great experience for a shy girl. But few people know that I am rather exceptional at finding 4 leaf clovers easily. A friend once told me that I see things others don’t. I think this could be how I developed a passion for service. I enjoy working with the team and clients to figure out the best customer service experience for their brand.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

We support a local company called Together We Bake. They train woman who have had a tough history and help place them in restaurants. Plus their cookies are delicious. In addition we pick a cause each year from food drives, to care packages to families in Puerto Rico. This year we traveled to San Juan for our executive strategy retreat. It’s our way of showing them our support.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

I don’t watch too much TV, but when I do it is either cooking or home improvement shows. Mainly I use the TV to research travel on YouTube. I’m obsessed with travel research.

What is your favorite quote?

“You can’t be that kid standing at the top of the waterslide, overthinking it. You have to go down the chute.” — Tina Fey

The Non-Biz Side of Othmar

What do you like to do away from work?

I am drawn to the peaks of the mountains and open blue oceans. In my spare time, you will most likely find me on my sailboat exploring new beaches and open waters preferably with my family or racing crew. Once snow is falling, I like to chase fresh powder throughout the Alps and Rockies or simply enjoy the beauty of the mountains.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I have participated in and even won ballroom dancing competitions with a special focus on smooth dances such as the Tango, Waltz and Foxtrot!

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I like to volunteer and be involved with my yacht club, helping to light the fire in young sailors to fall in love and be successful with this wonderful sport. I am also involved with Special Olympics and the ALS foundation.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

I have always been fascinated by any of J.R. Tolkien’s work so “Lord of the Rings” and anything from “Nerd of the Ring” on Youtube is on top of the list. However, I really enjoy watching “Fools Gold” with my family and close friends over and over again.

The Non-Biz Side of Maggie

What do you like to do away from work?

I enjoy hiking in cool, windy places like Iceland, Newfoundland, and the Cornish coastline of England because the views are breathtaking, and it’s good for my soul. Sometimes you need to disconnect from the world to reconnect with yourself.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

At age 13, I won a junior backgammon championship for South Central Asia and was the only female in the tournament.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I’m a big fan and supporter of Jesuit Refugee Service, because there are over 70 million refugees and displaced people in the world—with over half of them being children. Among its other activities, JRS provides educational opportunities to children and adults.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

The “Up” Documentaries! They are a series of films from director Michael Apted who has followed the lives of fourteen British children since the age of seven, returning every seven years to follow the group. The series started in 1964 and the latest, “63 Up,” was released in 2019. It’s fascinating to follow their life’s journey —  their hopes and dreams, disappointments, setbacks and successes, and their humanity.

Jennifer Vinciguerra

SVP People & Culture
Jennifer Vinceguerra

The Biz Side of Jen

Jennifer Vinciguerra embodies the word humanity and reveals her own each and every day. Her motivation and developmental skills help others to experience their own ‘aha’ moment, which is what continues to drive her passion for employee development and HR.

She’s not just incredibly positive and patient, but she’s really smart too. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology and recently graduated with her master’s in Organization Development from American University. Additionally, she has over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Project Management.

Jennifer is great at multi-tasking and no matter what she’s doing, she’s probably listening to a podcast. Oh, and if you see her eating a Chipotle burrito, don’t ask for a bite. She is obsessed with them and probably won’t share.

The Non-Biz Side of Jen

What do you like to do away from work?

I’m almost always in motion doing anything from taking a walk, pacing around my office while I’m on the phone or doing OrangeTheory. I also do yoga because it’s the best way I’ve found to be active while also being restful. I combine my love of yoga and travel by attending yoga retreats all over the world. I also do improv. It’s magical in that it only exists for a moment in time. I love discovering new restaurants with my husband and hanging out with my two cats.

What is a little-known fact about you that few people know?

I used to collect toy Pikachu characters but had no idea what Pokemon was about. I just thought they were adorable.

Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit?

I do volunteer work that supports women and families who have been victims of domestic violence.

What is your favorite movie or TV series?

A side effect of constantly being in motion means that unfortunately, I don’t get to watch a lot of TV. There are so many amazing TV shows and I’ve never seen any of them (unless Jeopardy counts). I do, however, love listening to podcasts, they’re portable, you can take them with you while you’re out walking or on your commute. There are so many great ones but my favorite work-related podcast is Worklife with Adam Grant.

What is your favorite quote?

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” — Viktor Frankl
