Since our inception in 1997, VIPdesk has been at the forefront of revolutionizing customer service experiences. Initially providing concierge services to luxury brands and their affluent customers, VIPdesk was built upon a foundation of delivering service of the highest caliber. This steadfast commitment to superior service led to the expansion of our portfolio to include outsourced BPO services for retailer, hospitality, travel, consumer products, membership organizations and financial services sectors.
In 2001, we dared to reimagine the conventional outsourced service delivery model. Moving away from the traditional centralized call center approach, we transitioned to a more flexible, home-based model, an innovative step taken to attract and retain exceptional talent. A significant milestone came in 2010 with a global merger with International SOS, enabling VIPdesk to pioneer the global rollout of service delivery standards across operations in 27 countries.
Our organization took another strategic turn in 2014 when our CEO, Sally Hurley, spun-off VIPdesk to become a stand-alone entity with a mission to concentrate solely on next-generation, elevated customer care. Under Sally‘s leadership, our Executive Team successfully reshaped VIPdesk into a company that not only prides itself on exceptional service but also on being an incredible employer.
Then in 2019, VIPdesk reached another important milestone by becoming a B Corp, underscoring our commitment to societal and environmental ethics. This was driven by the deep belief that amazing service is possible when team members are cared for and feel happy.
In 2022 VIPdesk expanded globally to include offshore and nearshore capabilities. Today, as of 2023, VIPdesk is dedicated to delivering extraordinary, elevated customer service, made possible through our unwavering commitment to empowering women globally.
