What is Customer Service Week?
Customer Service Week 2018 is Monday, October 1st through Friday, October 5th. By Google’s definition: Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October when customer-oriented organizations and institutions around the world recognize the importance of customer service excellence to their organizations.
By our definition it means IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE OUR AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, SMART, INTELLIGENT AND CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, BRAND AMBASSADORS AND CUSTOMERS! We get very excited to do this.
There are many blogs dedicated to making it the best week, like this one: CSWeek.com! Chalk full of fun things to do for those that work so hard for you. It’s very important to truly appreciate what customer service is all about.
